I got inspired by this building from South Africa to make my design for these sketch models. This was a project to design a marketplace for a site for sale in Toronto. the walls were 2 metres high in one of the designs and made of stone like in the picture of the building from South Africa. this was made for Environmental Design 2 with Marco Jacob.
experimental architecture project made for mythologies and utopias: invented landscapes/cityscapes with olia mishchenko.
we were supposed to create a map using a painting enlarged at 200X for Mythologies and Utopias: Invented Landscapes/Cityscapes with Olia Mishchenko.
we had to design something with that exact shape and measurements and I made this. almost my favorite thing I’ve made at OCAD I think. this was made in my Form & Structure class with Arounna Khounnoraj. I cut the wood at home so the bench doesn’t really look that good. and in the other pictures I think I designed a dance club I’m pretty sure but I can’t remember if it was for another project.
